Wisconsin Adult Center serves adults ages 18 and older who may have cognitive or physical disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or age-related needs. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for each member through individualized, member-centered programs.
We offer a variety of activities designed to support independence and personal growth, including life skills development, art, music, communication, community involvement, and sensory integration. Each program is tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of our members.
By combining thoughtfully selected activities with a calm and supportive environment, we create a program that is both effective and engaging. Our goal is to improve quality of life, strengthen learning abilities, encourage positive social interactions, and ensure that each member has an enjoyable and meaningful day. Our staff use proactive, supportive approaches to help members succeed.
At Wisconsin Adult Center, our program is shaped by our members. Their preferences and goals guide us in creating experiences that promote independence, empower personal choice, and foster a sense of belonging.

Wisconsin Adult Center offers 1–2 day trial visits, providing an excellent opportunity to determine if our program is the right fit for prospective members.
Before scheduling a trial, individuals must complete a tour and submit all required assessment forms.
All trial days must be approved in advance by the MCO or budget team. For private-pay participants, payment must be made prior to the scheduled trial day.
Please note: Trial days are intended for assessment purposes only. Outings, Music Therapy, and Art Therapy are not included during trial visits.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
